We're proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all print products! If you aren't completely satisfied with your product please see below:

For personalised products; let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We will amend any details on your creation and send you a digital copy free-of-charge for you to print out yourself. *Please note: names cannot be fully changed under this guarantee but misspelt names will be amended

For all standard products; we will offer a full refund once it is returned in all original packaging, and in a resalable condition, to us within 14 days.

Aurora Studios reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
